He has worked in advancing extended reality solutions since 2022 before founding Klean Innovations Oy in 2024 and taking on interim C-level positions at companies looking to transform their organizations.
Passionate about people and processes he transforms and invests in businesses with a human centric approach. Kenneth is a seasoned change maker impacting attitudes and behaviors on all organizational levels around the globe.
Ricky Carranza is a creative visionary, street dance legend, and award-winning film director with over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry. As the founder of Espoo Creative Center, he champions the fusion of cultural arts and digital technology to inspire innovation, collaboration, and creative entrepreneurship.
Through ECC, Ricky continues his mission to empower artists, filmmakers, and digital creators to connect cultures, tell powerful stories, and shape the future of the creative economy.
Over twenty five years of extensive background and experience in the field of Cinematography, Photography and Production Management for Advertising, Corporate and Feature Films. He has filmed and produced Full-Length Feature Films, TV Commercials, Documentaries, Corporate & Music Videos as well as successfully conceptualized, marketed and managed production & post-production facilities.
Jun Aves brings to ECC his creative filmmaking skills as well as his exceptional marketing and management experience.
